Their wine production is well knowed as being one of the best in the region for the taste of their wines and the accuracy of their bottles. OUR RED WINES

BLACK PINOT

Has a ruby faded colour, with garnet red reflexes, that reminds the maresca and the wild strawberry. When tasted, in the mouth there will be an explosion of fruity and a little bitterish flavours that make this wine perfect to be drank with boiled meat, white stewed meat, roasted meat and game.
Its armonic body and the taste’s complexity wed it perfectly also with seasoned cheese not too spicy.
It is preferably tasted young, at a temperature of 18°C ca.

CABERNET FRANC

Red wine of great temper, immediately stimulates the smell because of the characteristic aroma of grass freshly cut.
Has a resolute structure and goes well with red meat, poultry and tasty game.
The intense and persistent aroma confer to this wine a nice taste and a good equilibrium.
To be served preferably at a temperature around 18°C and after a few minutes of airing.

REFOSCO DAL PEDUNCOLO ROSSO

It comes from an autochthonous vite (originally born in Friuli V.G.), it has a deep ruby red colour, very fruity at taste. Goes along well with every kind of meat, can be drank young or after a short period of ageing. To be served at a temperature of 18°C, preferably a little aired.
Alcoholic degree 12,5°.

MERLOT

Has a lively ruby red colour, at taste reminds the smell of the underbrush. Full and armonic wine, goes along well with red and white meat and with roasted meat. Being discovered again, in those last years it has been a protagonist in the eno-gastronomic panorama of the new century. To be served at a temperature of 18-19°C.
Alcoholic degree 12,5°.
