It has an intense golden yellow colour and the persistent flowery
aromas (above all that of the rose) give a very important and extended succession
of smell stimuli. Thanks to its deep aroma and to his fullness the flavour
only smelled can be found also by tasting the wine itself.
Particularly suitable to be drank along with light hors-d’oeuvre,
vegetable and legume soup, grilled or roasted fish, crustacea.
To be served at a temperature of 9-10°C.

It has an intense straw – yellow colour, nicely aromatic
and fruity taste. Dry and armonic wine, can be drank as appetiser along
with ham hors-d’oeuvre, small omelettes and fried delicacies, but
it is also nice with light main courses and fish.

This autochthonous sweet wine (originally born in Friuli
V.G.) has an intense golden yellow colour and it is a dessert wine with
a nice fruity taste which reminds the ripe fruit. Tannic (the taste is slightly
astringent thanks to the tannins, substances that are found in the peel
which provide also the colour), strong and intense, is served at a temperature
of 10-11°C.
Can be drank with dry biscuits, it is a meditation wine.

Classic friulan autochthonous wine, it has a straw – yellow colour
and the typical taste of the bitter almond. Can be nicely wed with salami,
cheese and light meat.

It has a characteristic smell of bread crust, it is a delicate and armonic
wine but also intense. We suggest to drink it along with poultry, fish soup
and sea fruits.

It has a faded straw – colour. The full and delicate taste makes Malvasia
a wine to be wed to a fish menu, especially risotto and crustacea, but also
light meat.

These are the first grapes to be gathered, and the wine obtained has an
intense golden yellow colour. The nice and thin perfume reminds that of
the nutmeg, full and delicate taste. Wine to be drank at the beginning of
the meal, it is also nice with soup, vegetable soup, fish and white meat.

Has an intense golden yellow colour and the perfume reminds that of the
ripe fruit with a little almond. Warm and delicate as dessert, can be also
wed to seasoned cheese.
